Night Nanny in Boca Raton — Overnight Newborn Care (2026)

Our night nurses and newborn specialists offer expert support during the first months of a baby's life, focusing on feeding, sleeping and overall well-being. They help establish healthy sleep patterns and routines, support sleep training, help your baby learn to sleep independently, and allow parents to get needed rest.

Every candidate we present has at least three years of experience with U.S. families, in-depth reference checks with former employers and a nationwide background screening. We interview each professional ourselves before we introduce her to your family.

We place night nannies with families in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami. Because we have been placing caregivers across Palm Beach County, Broward and Miami since 2000, we understand local expectations: school drop-offs on busy Military Trail and Federal Highway, after-school activities, summer schedules, and the seasonal rhythm of families who winter in South Florida. Pay rates depend on experience, schedule, number of children and household duties; we discuss realistic compensation with each family during the intake call.

We offer three placement packages: Basic/Advise at $1,500 with a 90-day replacement guarantee, Standard at $2,500 with a 6-month replacement guarantee, and Premium at $3,500 with a 12-month replacement guarantee. A $500 retainer activates your search and is deducted from your package price, plus applicable taxes. The remaining balance is due before in-person meetings, trials or hire. All agency fees are non-refundable.

Families who need a night nanny right away often choose to pay the full package upfront; the agency then presents candidates available to start immediately.
