Our process is simple and transparent.

How we work

1. 1

   Pay Retainer

Pay the $500 retainer, or the full package, to activate your family search.

2. 2

   Candidate Search

We source, screen and present qualified candidates who match your household needs.

3. 3

   Zoom Interviews

Meet selected candidates through Zoom interviews and review their profiles.

4. 4

   Trials

Paid trials are authorized only after the remaining balance is paid in full; trial compensation is paid directly to the candidate.

5. 5

   Final Balance

Pay the remaining placement balance before your candidate's first official working day.
