Flat Fee vs Percentage of Salary
A percentage fee grows with the salary you pay. A flat fee doesn't, so you know your agency cost before the search begins.

What You Get for $1,500
Our Basic/Advise package includes a 90-day replacement guarantee and candidates who are CPR-certified, have at least three years of experience with U.S. families, in-depth reference checks with former employers and a nationwide background screening. Standard ($2,500) extends the guarantee to 6 months and Premium ($3,500) to 12 months.
We offer three placement packages: Basic/Advise at $1,500 with a 90-day replacement guarantee, Standard at $2,500 with a 6-month replacement guarantee, and Premium at $3,500 with a 12-month replacement guarantee. A $500 retainer activates your search and is deducted from your package price, plus applicable taxes. The remaining balance is due before in-person meetings, trials or hire. All agency fees are non-refundable.
Why a Flat Fee Is Better
You know the cost upfront, it doesn't increase when you offer a higher salary to attract a great professional, and you choose how much guarantee you want instead of paying for one you don't need.
How It Works
Our process is simple: pay the retainer to activate your search, review featured candidate profiles, meet selected candidates over Zoom, pay the remaining balance, then hold paid trials. Paid trials are authorized only after the remaining balance is paid in full; trial compensation is paid directly to the candidate.
Boca Raton families come to us from every corner of the city: East Boca and the neighborhoods near Mizner Park, the gated communities of Boca West, Broken Sound, Woodfield Country Club and St. Andrews Country Club, the waterfront homes of Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club and The Sanctuary, and west Boca off Glades Road. Many households also split time between Boca, Delray Beach, Highland Beach and Palm Beach, so we look for professionals who are comfortable with travel, gated-community access and private-club routines.
