Because we have been placing caregivers across Palm Beach County, Broward and Miami since 2000, we understand local expectations: school drop-offs on busy Military Trail and Federal Highway, after-school activities, summer schedules, and the seasonal rhythm of families who winter in South Florida. Pay rates depend on experience, schedule, number of children and household duties; we discuss realistic compensation with each family during the intake call.
Packages & Process
We offer three placement packages: Basic/Advise at $1,500 with a 90-day replacement guarantee, Standard at $2,500 with a 6-month replacement guarantee, and Premium at $3,500 with a 12-month replacement guarantee. A $500 retainer activates your search and is deducted from your package price, plus applicable taxes. The remaining balance is due before in-person meetings, trials or hire. All agency fees are non-refundable.
Our process is simple: pay the retainer to activate your search, review featured candidate profiles, meet selected candidates over Zoom, pay the remaining balance, then hold paid trials. Paid trials are authorized only after the remaining balance is paid in full; trial compensation is paid directly to the candidate.
